CANCELLATION POLICY

By agreeing to this policy you are agreeing that •you will be on time. If you are 5 minutes late there is a $10 late fee if you are 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and 50% of the appointment total will be charged to the card kept on file. Appointments need to be rescheduled at least 24hrs in advance otherwise there will be a $15 rescheduling fee added to your appointment total. •you will not bring extra guests unless you have discussed previously with me. •you will not come with foreign nails unless you have book a soak off. All of these things are to ensure you and me can get through the appointment smoothly and efficiently. Thank you!
